Cycle and Recycle Media
Cycle and Recycle Media is a recycling and Homeless Empowerment project facilitated by @SydneyHomeless as an Environmentally friendly partnership between The Sydney Homeless Community, Sydney Businesses and the Sydney Community.
Our vision is to repair discarded and unwanted bicycles for reuse.This will have multiple benefits.While removing this recyclable component from Sydney Citys growing mountain of waste, Cycle & Recycle Media will enable members of the Sydney homeless community to take ownership of a Sustainable Environmental Project which will provide cheap,healthy and zero emissions transport to buyers and renters in the Sydney region. The project will allow a greater demographic convenient access to the vast network of cycleways penetrating most parts of our beautiful City.

Cycle and Recycle Media is a project based on partnerships providing multiple social, infrastructure environmental solutions in one dynamic project.The project is itself a partnership anchored by the homeless people who combine to operate and drive the project.
Cycle Recycle Media 's Cycle Rescue Project partner with the wider community whose unwanted and unusable repairable bikes we accept for recycling.This partnership reduces landfill waste and greenhouse gas production in the instances where unwanted bicycles are recycled.We offer collection by our homeless community from any rail accessible location,or dropoffs can be arranged in the Sydney CBD.Homeless community members are able to increase their income by collecting and repairing bicycles.
Cycle Recycle Media,s Cycle Rescue Project partner with Courier and Transport businesses which hub via the Sydney CBD and gratefully accept their courtesy transportation of cycles to our Sydney CBD collection points.This innovative solution provides employment as a marginalisation exit strategy for marginalised homeless and people at risk of homelessness, saves greenhouse emissions compared to conventional petrol powered alternatives.
Cycle Recycle Media 's Despatch Riders Partner with Businesses requiring urgent despatch and delivery of Documents,currently operating in and between Sydney CBD,Parramatta and North Sydney.
Cycle Recycle Media 's Banner Bikes Project Partner with Advertiser businesses who leverage our bicycle mounted signage as a marketing tool for their businesses.Strategic and timely deployment of our Banner Bikes ensures potential clients awareness of your business. Banner Bikes provide a highly visible mobile alternative to the traditional sandwich board or placard walker, and bike operators are equipped to also hand out business cards or a5 sized leaflets,which we can also provide if required.Banner Bikes are suited to promoting most Sydney CBD businesses and can also be deployed to special events, in numbers if needed.
